“ Funny story I live in NYC but never know this jazz club but a client of my friend from CA suggested us to go to this club. We always look over something too close. This place is amazing. We got a high table so we can see the live music very well. We enjoy drinks and food a lot, vegetables gyoza is good, truffle French fry is my favorite. Midnight Blue, Ricky Seven and Wabi-Sabi Sour are great cocktail drinks. Music here is so stand out and full of energy. ”

“ Excellent jazz bar. Sat at the bar, but would have been much better in the floor tables. They had an excellent performing band for the weekend. 10 cover 25 min/person 2 hour limit Drinks were delicious. Tried the highball and martinis. Highball was reasonably priced 18. Other drinks can be higher end in the 25-30s. Food was delicious as well. Fried chicken and fries were my favorite. Tartar was fresh. Oysters were a bit too sweet and overpowered with additions. They forgot an item in the order but quickly corrected it. If you’re looking for a great jazz bar with good drinks, this is your spot! ”
“ Was lucky enough to visit into Midnight Blue for their long awaited opening night, and what an awesome space for the neighborhood! With Takuma running the bar the drinks were of course top tier, and beyond the drinks Vito had an awesome group on stage for live jazz music. The food was some of the better bar food I can recall and the space is really beautiful. Love the small whiskey room in the front, and simple yet elegant details throughout including the elephant that used to adorn the Watering Hole facade! Can’t wait to come back ”

The jazz lineup is always on point and it's such a cozy activity, the drinks are unique with my favorite being the matcha pina colada and the bites are all around delicious, especially the shrimp! 10/10 vibes and ambience. “ The venue at Midnight Blue consists of two bars. Upon entry, you arrive at Bar Neat which served my favorite cocktail of the night (American Dream). They host a dreamy library of exotic whiskeys, including Japanese whiskeys you cannot find in NYC. Behind the Neat doors is the jazz bar Midnight Blue. Intimate, sexy and sophisticated. The classy musicians brought me back to the NYC golden era, and for the 1.5 hours you are allotted with a 10 entry fee, I was transported into a meditative state of ‘Reasons I New York’. Thank you. ”
“ We were so excited to check out this place. The drinks were delicious & nuanced, and the food was also fantastic. All the drinks were amazing, but my favorites were the Secret Garden, which was light, refreshing, and everything I want in a summer spritz, and the Mona Lisa, which was like a more refined take on a lychee martini. The jazz music was such a nice accompaniment too. I appreciated that we were easily still able to have conversation at the bar, with great live music in the background. I’m looking forward to coming back for more jazz & great cocktails. ”
